
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms of attendance carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending an event produced by the Save the LP Record Show, (“Event”). These terms of attendance (“Agreement”) govern your access to the Event. By purchasing a ticket, you (i) accept this Agreement; (ii) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions; and (iii) enter into a binding agreement with Save the LP Record Show.
All ticket sales through the Save the LP Record Show website are subject to this Agreement.
TERMS OF SALE
Tickets grant the Holder a revocable license, which can be revoked at any time for any reason. Resale of tickets at a price higher than face value is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. The Holder assumes all risks related to the event. To be admitted, the original, undamaged ticket or an acceptable electronic form must be presented at the venue. Entry may be refused for reasons including misconduct or intoxication, as determined by Save the LP Record Show.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The Holder assumes all risk related to the event, including the risk of contracting infectious diseases. The Holder releases Save the LP Record Show and associated parties from any claims arising from the event, including those due to negligence. This includes risks related to COVID-19. By attending the event, the Holder accepts the risk of COVID-19 exposure and waives the right to sue Save the LP Record Show and associated parties.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Event dates and times are subject to change. If an event is rescheduled or canceled, the Holder is not entitled to a refund. Instead, the ticket can be used for the rescheduled event or exchanged for another event if not rescheduled within 12 months. Tickets are not refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
RESERVATION OF SAVE THE LP RECORD SHOW’S RIGHTS
Save the LP Record Show reserves the right to refuse admission or eject anyone for undesirable behavior. This does not entitle the Holder to a refund. Tickets are revocable licenses, and unlawful resale can result in ticket seizure and cancellation without compensation.
TRANSMISSION OR REPRODUCTION PROHIBITED
The Attendee agrees not to transmit any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event without permission. The event may be broadcast, and the Attendee grants permission for their image or likeness to be used in any medium for any purpose without compensation.
COMPLIANCE WITH FACILITY RULES
The Attendee agrees to comply with all facility rules, including those limiting alcohol, illegal drugs, recording devices, and containers from being brought into the event.
TICKET PRICE
Ticket prices are non-refundable.
RESELLING AND PROMOTIONAL USE PROHIBITED
The Holder agrees not to sell or distribute any description, account, picture, video, or audio of the event without Save the LP Record Show’s consent. Tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes without written approval from Save the LP Record Show.
BREACH OF TERMS
Breach of this Agreement or venue rules will result in termination of the Holder’s rights and may lead to ticket withdrawal, refusal of admission, or ejection from the event. The Holder may also face legal remedies.
ENTRY SUBJECT TO SEARCH
The Attendee and their belongings may be searched upon entry. Refusal to consent to searches will result in denial of entry.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The event and services are provided "as is" without warranties. Save the LP Record Show is not liable for any delays, failures, or damages related to the event or services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Save the LP Record Show is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Any unenforceable provisions will be reformed to remain in effect.
CHOICE OF LAW
This Agreement is governed by Oregon state law, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Save The LP, Oregon, under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. By agreeing to this, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Any disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Save the LP, Oregon, and you waive the right to court proceedings and class actions.
CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive disclosures electronically. You may withdraw this consent before purchasing tickets by exiting the website.
By agreeing to these terms, you accept the Arbitration Agreement and consent to electronic contracting and communications. If you do not agree, do not continue and exit the website.
