Save the LP Record Show

  • The show welcomes all sellers — record stores, private collectors, inherited collections, and international vendors. Our goal is to create a diverse and inclusive marketplace that celebrates music lovers from every background.

    Whether you’re an experienced seller or joining for the first time, we strongly encourage you to present the highest quality merchandise as this show is intended to showcase your finest curated collections at the highest standard. 

    We're grateful to host this event at the world class the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts. You are cordially invited to experience a one-of-a-kind venue and celebration!
  • Whether it's vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, posters or memorabilia, there is a demand for different types of music merchandise. Setting reasonable prices is crucial for success. Attendees at the show are willing to invest in music, and fair pricing can attract more buyers, leading to a positive experience for both sellers and customers.
  • Day of Show Details:
    • Load in: 8-9:45 a.m.
    • Early Bird Customers: 10 a.m.-Noon
    • General Admission: Noon-4 p.m.
    • Load out: 4-5 p.m.

    As a selected vendor, it's important to be present at the show during all hours. Vendors must be present from Opening until Closing.
     
    It's essential to have someone at your booth throughout the show so you don’t miss any sales or great conversations with customers. Many guests make last-minute purchases, so staying until the end helps you connect with late shoppers and make the most of the day.
     
  • Yes. Sharing a table with another person is allowed. If you and a friend wish to divide the cost of a table, you can buy one together. However, it's essential to designate one individual as the table's registered owner, responsible for payment and serving as the primary contact.

    If you're unable to find a table-sharing partner, you can notify us during the application process. Just leave a comment in the application's note section, and we'll try to match you with another vendor seeking to split a table. We'll try to accommodate your requirements while ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
