Save the LP Record Show
The show is open to all sellers, such as record stores, private collectors, individuals with inherited collections and international sellers.
Our aim is to establish an inclusive and diverse marketplace that appeals to music fans from all walks of life. Whether you're a seasoned seller or a first-time participant, we encourage everyone with an interest in records to join us and share their unique offerings at the show.
We strongly encourage sellers to present the highest quality merchandise as this show is intended to showcase your finest curated collections at the highest standard.
We are grateful to host this event at the world class Patricia Reser Center for the Arts. You are cordially invited to experience a one-of-a-kind venue and celebration!Whether it's vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, posters or memorabilia, there is a demand for different types of music merchandise. Setting reasonable prices is crucial for success. Attendees at the show are willing to invest in music, and fair pricing can attract more buyers, leading to a positive experience for both sellers and customers.

As a Vendor, it is important to be present at the show during all hours. Vendors must be present from Opening until Closing.
Throughout the show, it's essential to have someone at your booth. This ensures you seize all potential sales and customer interactions. Customers often seek last-minute deals. Staying until the end enables you to serve late shoppers and optimize sales.
Adhering to these set hours enhances your experience as a Vendor, allowing you to engage customers effectively throughout the entire event.-
Yes. Sharing a table with another person is allowed. If you and a friend wish to divide the cost of a table, you can buy one together. However, it's essential to designate one individual as the table's registered owner, responsible for payment and serving as the primary contact.
If you're unable to find a table-sharing partner, you can notify us during the application process. Just leave a comment in the application's note section, and we'll endeavor to match you with another vendor seeking to split a table.
